General

All products offered by insemä are handcrafted and produced in limited quantities. Each collection is released as a unique drop, and individual items are typically produced only once. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or similar reasons.

By placing an order, you acknowledge the handmade and limited-edition nature of our products and accept that all sales are final, except in the cases described below.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Your statutory warranty rights under Swiss law are fully reserved. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during shipping, or materially different from what was described or depicted in our store, you are entitled to a remedy.

To exercise your warranty rights:

  • Inspect your order promptly upon delivery. You must inspect the product and notify us of any visible defects without delay. Failure to do so may result in the product being deemed accepted.

  • Contact us immediately at business@insemae.ch with a description of the defect and, if possible, photographs.

  • Hidden defects (defects not visible upon reasonable inspection) must be reported as soon as they are discovered.

If a defect is confirmed, we will offer, at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law, one of the following remedies:

  • Replacement with an identical or equivalent item, subject to availability.

  • Repair of the defective item, where feasible.

  • A price reduction proportionate to the defect.

  • A full refund of the purchase price if none of the above options are possible or reasonable.

Given the limited-edition nature of our products, a replacement with an identical item may not always be available. In such cases, we will work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Return Shipping for Defective Items

If your return is accepted due to a defect, damage, or incorrect item, we will bear the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us and receiving return instructions. Items returned without prior authorization may not be processed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at business@insemae.ch.

Shipping costs paid on the original order are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or error on our part.

Goodwill Exceptions

Although we are not legally required to accept change-of-mind returns, we may, at our sole discretion, consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis. If you have concerns about your purchase, please reach out to us at business@insemae.ch and we will do our best to find a fair solution.

Any goodwill gesture does not create a right or expectation for future transactions.
